Bay Village Memorial Day Parade 2024 Schedule. Stepping off from the huntington beach lot, the parade will march west on lake road to lakeside cemetery, where a brief ceremony will include morning prayer and recognition of the city. Assemble at newagen, march off promptly at 0830 hours.
